Interview
Friendly, looked for professional and educated individuals. The first stage is usually a phone screening which consists of basic questions like asking about your availability, are you currently employed, etc. Next stage is a one on one with the HR representative or the SOM, and they ask you the more personal questions like what days can you work, what can you bring to the company, etc. The last stage is the interview with the store director who will determine if you fit the company's values and your availability and qualifications fit what they are looking for. Being able to work weekends is a big one for them.
