Interview
The hiring process was standard technical round followed by HR interview. Asked questions related to previous experience and academic projects. The questions were moderate. The HR interview consisted of questions related to personality and the interview was done for almost an hour. The questions were mostly based on Quality control systems.

Interview
Only one person took the technical and HR interview. He acts like he knows everything technical but has minimal knowledge. No preparation required to face the interview. The company usually attracts students from the nearby universities, pays them less than the operators, and expects them to work a lot.
