Interview was casual and included standard scenario-based questions. Recruiter reiterated that candidates would be contacted (hired or passed) within 5 days. Ghosted after 2 weeks and multiple follow-up emails.

I have strong sales background and I am looking for a change in industry but he really didn't seem to care and was more concerned that I had a general interest in real estate rather than specifically mortgages. I don't know it was a bit confusing...mortgages are a part of the real estate umbrella so I wasn't sure where he was going with that.
