You meet with multiple people from different departments. Being a smaller company you work with everyone a lot of people on a day to day basis and they want to make sure new employees will fit the culture.

Interview
Interview process was easy and I was able to get through all rounds in a few weeks. When interviewing in person with the team it was mostly 1:1 style meeting with a few different indviduals.
