The conversation was straightforward and focused on the positions listed on my résumé, including specific programs I had used, such as Handwriting Without Tears. She described the structure of a typical workweek, outlined general expectations, and asked about the populations of children I felt most confident working with. I was given a brief tour of the school and invited to ask any questions I had about the role. At the end of the meeting, she offered me the position and reviewed the onboarding steps.
