Coordinated via gov.uk website and very straightforward overall. I have been invited to an interview and had the chance to book my preferred time. I was then contacted by a manager who sent me the guidelines of the interview and a meeting appointment. The interview foresaw a 20 minutes Powerpoint presentation of my profile, with special attention to what I could have brought to the company and what was my motivation to join. The interview moved then on to behavioural competences assessment and I was presented with several situations where I had to provide examples based on my experience. After the interview I was offered the position via a notification from the gov.uk website.
