My process was: phone call with the CTO. Onsite with 2 technical people (design question). Then a deep dive into my resume with the CTO and the then head of customer success. The thing to know about MarketFactory's hiring process is that they use a process called "Top Grade." Google it. Be prepared to talk about every job on your resume, why you left, what you accomplished, your manager's name, how your manager would rate you, and what they'd say about you. They ask for contact information for every manager for every job -- and they do call them. So if you can, work out in advance which names you want to mention, and whose numbers you want to give out. You can avoid having them speak to people who might say something negative. I found the Top Grade process to be very liberating. Some people find it intrusive. In any case, it's an easy process to game if you know about it going in.

they ask you to write two small programs. all related multithread programming, which is kind of stupid that you can just google it then do some test and modify and send to them. then I go a phone interview with some developers, base on the question they asked, it seems that they are all pretty junior developer just out of school... After the phone interview, I went to in person interview which confirmed my impressions over the phone interview......
