MarketFactory Software Engineer interview questions

First, there was an HR-like phone screen where some personality questions were asked as well as my particular strengths and weaknesses. Immediately followed by a technical interview with some of their developers. Then I was invited on-site for lunch with an executive, followed by a ~3 hour in-depth interview fully covering my resume and a more detailed technical discussion of various projects listed. We also discussed current position and recent successes and failures and how I handled them. MarketFactory required code sample and 2 former managers' contact information before providing offer.
