The interview happened at the DC in Epping. The interview lasted less than 8 minutes only 1-2 questions were asked. Shortest leadership interview I’ve ever had. I guess this is their system, but not sure how fruitful it is. The managers I worked with didn’t have a basic understanding of how finance worked or why they order the quantities they do.
