Interview
I was contacted by the HR Manager in India by the name of Ankit & Shweta. I then had a roleplay a few days later with the CEO, which, not knowing anything about the company, was a bit challenging. In fact, I could hardly understand him.

Roleplay - "pretend I am a client and let's do a roleplay, and I already have Frost & Sullivan/Gartner, why do I need you?"

Interview
Interview process was 2 days. I received phone calls from the AVP and later the VP followed by the HR round for negotiation. 2 times the interview got rescheduled because of unavailability of the interviewer.

Any one wants to spend their time, please don't prepare for interview, you are selected. they hire and fire, simple rule better be careful before you approach them..
