      Interview

I went through several rounds for a Product Management role and was met with complete silence after each stage — even after polite follow-ups. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional. It’s hard not to notice the pattern when the overwhelmingly negative Glassdoor reviews reference the same issues: unexpected layoffs, constant churn, and poor communication. During my interviews, the culture seemed anxious and uncertain — and for good reason. The company appears to be struggling to keep its footing, losing market share while competitors accelerate. You can see it in public discussions across additive manufacturing forums and Reddit product reviews. I later learned the entire product management team had been laid off a while back, and shortly after my interview week, another round of layoffs reportedly hit — possibly including the recruiter I was working with. That would explain the ghosting, but it also reinforces the instability. I pushed forward in the process because my own company was rumored to be planning reductions, but in hindsight, I’m glad things didn’t progress here. If you’re currently employed in a more stable environment, I would strongly recommend being cautious. The warning signs from current employees and candidates alike are loud and clear. Stay away if you have the option.
