My initial interview was with the managing partner, along with a subject matter expert. It was scheduled for an hour, but the conversation was going so well that they made the time to keep the discussion going for 90 minutes. The questions were on-point and relevant for the position. Mostly making sure I was a good fit and had the knowledge to help them reach the goals. Within the week I interviewed with the department head and had an offer within a few days. The entire process took about 2 weeks and everyone was very nice throughout (an admin even called me the day of to warn me about construction on a road leading to the office).
