Interview
Very open-ended, seemed to lack discussion goals, recruiter seemed disinterested, perhaps because I tend to speak for context rather than to speak for speed. The interview lasted the length of period established, however at the end of the interview I felt I was not going to progress to the next round of interview although the position was a close match of the role I've had for the last several years. At the end of the interview she simply stated I may hear from the hiring manager in about a week. Given the lack of information she shared, I knew it would not materialize.

Question 1
One of the very first questions was in reference to a former company and if I left in good standing. That was concerning because I had indicated in my resume all positions were left in good standing.
The remainder of the questions were very open-ended and seemed to be testing my knowledge and technique in boarding clients to new web based payment products, the range of client positions dealt with, how the process progresses and is managed, how follow up is conducted to keep clients on track.
They asked the Standard product questions and behavioral questions. Good panel and relatively easy process. One day panel and a couple of phone calls with HM. Took time to come back with an offer. Decent comp and ok benefits. HM was very communicative and respectful

The interview process was very lengthy. There were several rounds with different levels of teammates. They really look for a good culture fit as well as skill set. Every one I met with was transparent and nice.

You'll meet with various members of leadership, operations, engineering and design. The questions are fairly typical behavioral ones for a product manager. I was not given a case.
