Marquette Associates interview questions

I interviewed with senior leadership, they asked a lot of work related HR questions. They asked about my experience with onboarding and employee relations. They asked some situational questions too.

1. The process started with an initial phone screen. 2. I had an interview shortly after. 3. 2 Months later I was offered the job. I continually communicated with the company in this process to check in. I was hired as part of a summer class of performance analysts.
