I applied, had a phone screening, and an in-person interview. The interview had many questions, relating to both technical and customer service. Everything went smoothly until it was time for them to reach back out to me. They gave me a very specific timeline of when I would hear back. When I reached out to them after that, I could see that my email was read by the recruiter, but there was still no response. I reached out a week later, and still nothing. It's not hard to figure out that I wasn't chosen for the role, but for them to completely miss their own deadline when it came to reaching back out to me was incredibly unprofessional.
