I interviewed for a Director of Loss Prevention position with The Vinoy. I never received an email that they selected another candidate. I did receive an email telling me that the position posting was being cancel. I thought that the position would reopen after the slower summer season, but the position was filled in June 2016. Very unprofessional for a company and hotel that prides themselves on the employees being part of a "family". I will never find myself at this hotel, as I found that many areas of the hotel are in need of repair and unsecured which is a serious risk to both the hotel guests and employees.
