It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.

Submitted my resume through indeed, and was emailed back from the HR director very next day to schedule an in person interview. Interviewed next day with the HR Director. standard questions in regards to customer service, general questions about myself. Spoke for about half hour. HR Director then just had me speak with the Front Desk Manager and her Manager as well. The conversation was very brief. Questions about the time of availibilty were asked. They then had me wait for a few minutes as they discussed amongst themselves in anpther room. I then was offered a job on the spot.
