Interview
It is a STAR interview, interviewers ask pre-determined questions, based on Situation Task Action Result. Most times all you need is a pulse. The hiring process really depends on the manager, I have seen them do job fairs and hire the first person in the door for a position and send everyone else away.
I was asked questions about my work skills.
The interviewer asks a few light questions and provides some light knowledge about the expected job.
It seems to vary depending on the situation, but it was conducted as a group interview.

Easy and quick. After the first interview if they like you you’ll meet the Gentleman Manager. Then they’ll offer you a position. Everyone is nice and helpful. Basic interview questions.
