I went into the lobby and then they called back to the office to let them know I was there. The manager and someone else came out and led me to the elevator. We went upstairs and they used the STAR assessment to interview me. They asked about certain situation, what action I took to solve it, and the result. Very robic, little to no eye contact.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.
