1st Hotel that I worked at I had a Phone Interview, In-Person Interview with Hiring Manager and quick interview with General Manager. 2nd Hotel that I worked at was completely new and a mass hiring session for all departments.

What would you do if you had an irate guest? When have you gone above and beyond for a guest? Have you and a manager ever disagreed on something and how did you move past it? Why Marriott? Tell me about yourself? STAR questions...
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
