They use the standard, "tell us about the time when you did such and such." AKA STAR interviews. Overall a decent technique if you like storytelling, and the company lets you know the interview style.

Interview
It was a simple process where the representative brought me in for a few questions such as why I wanted to work there and what I enjoyed about my previous job. I was also shown around the workplace and they described what my job would be.
