questions related to people, customer - need to think of a specific situation, action taken and result outcome. There were technical questions related to finance.

Interview
Being interviewed by multiple excom all at once and being given behavior based interview, the experience have thaught me that on my level interview question is rarely about skill and knowledge but will focus more about my personality, my motivation and my focus in life.
