Interview
Interview was to the point and in-depth. It was also a pleasant one. After the interview with the Director of Loss Prevention I did another one with the GM. I was called a few days later to complete on boarding and the drug test, as also the background check.
They sit you down introduce each other, ask about 3-5 questions in terms of past experience and give examples. They follow the an interview model that has a list of questions already provided.
