Went to a job fair, had one easy interview, and they hired me and drug tested me on the spot. I've never worked at a call center, but I'm 30 so I had plenty of work experience. Just be competent!

Great experience overall. Everyone was super nice and I didn’t feel as if they were attempting to trip me up with the questions. Everything was clear and concise. I felt as if I was speaking to someone that cared about me.
