Interview
I started off the process with a brief phone interview with an HR associate who then invited me to interview with herself and the department head. The interview was about 45 mins and involved the standard Marriott questions. Things like "describe a time you provided excellent customer service" or "describe what happened when you worked with a difficult employee/er" etc.

Interview
Online application form then asked to come in for a short interview with assistant manager, asked similar questions that needed similar answers so felt was repeating a lot. Questions were not challenging and easy to answer.
