Star interview is given where applicants need to describe the situation, task, action taken, and result. It gets tough when interview only focuses on Star questions and does not take the time to get to know the candidate. There can be about 5-6 Star questions and each situation should demonstrate your ability to deal with situations related to the job being interviewed for.

After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.

You also have to pass the Marriott assessment test in order to even qualify for a job
