Apply online, wait for offer of interview and then offer. Quite a simple process, although this was just for the restaurant and bar section. About 5 competency questions and then reading through contracts and back ground checks. Good company to work for, highly recommend
Very informative! Well structured, was more personality based than skills based, which is very important, as I was a new comer to hospitality. was friendly, and not intimidating, which reflected the atmosphere for the company and the people i would end up working with
