Interview
After you have applied you will wait approximately two week while your application will be screened by a third party. If it passes scrutiny it will be sent to the department head. They will call you if your name is passed to them. When they call they will setup an interview, normally some where private and ask question and gauge your answers. This will take 20-40 minutes. An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
