I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marriott International (Austin, TX) in July 2014
Interview
I applied online and got a call from one of the hiring managers within a few days. I arrived at my interview about 10 minutes early, but I was forced to wait 20 minutes passed my interview time (30 minutes total) because the managers weren't ready (I did not even receive an apology for this). I interviewed with two managers, both of whom were aloof and not encouraging whatsoever.

Interview
It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
