You will have to apply online, then the waiting game starts. If your resume is picked, you will get a phone call from the recruiter who will set you up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then they'll ask you to come in to meet with different people to interview with. They have a list of questions to ask such as "how you managed to resolve a last minute task" or "how to deal with co-workers who are not personable". A lot of "Can you think about a time when...."

Very easy and delightful! Great environment and people. Interview process was great. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended! Position for an administrative assistant was what I was in search of.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
