Star interview, with other 2 guys, cv screening, pre hire selection and phone call, and finally face to face interview.

Phone screening and management interview with STAR related questions. Have different situations in mind related to time management, team collaboration, problem solving, goal / project completion and failure, role understanding, experiencr takeaways, and why yo over anyone else. Present with confidence and accountability. Great interview experience.
