I’ve never had such a bad interview experience. I was interviewed three times, the last interview was horrible. The interviewer insinuated that I was lying on multiple occasions and focused on details of my resume that were not relevant to the job. Also, the answers to questions I have were met with snarkiness and rude laughter. I still went through the follow up protocol because I am professional and I never even received a rejection letter. I will never apply at Marriott again.

Get ready and prep for STAR questions. This is mandatory for all Marriott interviews. It seems intimidating at first but it’s normal for all interviews to flow this way. Just prepare, and make sure you answer each question in that format!

The interview was very friendly and it was a comfortable experience. The interviewer discussed my background and information that was relevant to the position I was being considered for. Once completed, they followed up within a week to let me know the outcome.
