LONG. Had 3 interviews, was flown to a destination for a final interview with all the other finalists from different schools across the region. Accommodations were paid for and were very nice. As long as you have your STAR method down to a science, you will do fine.

I did a pre-recorded video interview and also an online assessment that assesses my personalities. There are 3 questions for the interview with AI and we can retake it 3 times for each question.
Video interview first then an assessment when you pass. Lastly, you do a virtual interview and that’s also when you choose your preferences. A recruiter will reach out about your preferences and if they find something you get an offer letter.
