very simple, Marriott is all about the guest experience. They take customer service very seriously, as long as that is highlighted in your answers you have a good chance. The manager pulled me to an obscure area of the hotel and only asked a few questions, I believe body language was very important in the process, I initially applied for a different position, but the manager suggested a better fitting role and offered on the spot
