Long and painful, much like at Microsoft. Interviewed with seven different people, all asking the same questions and following the same standard format. Marriott uses Aon-Hewitt for their hiring and benefits support, but they're not really efficient at it. The interview and hiring processes were some of the worst I'd seen.
