Esaustivo, completo, ho svolto un video di presentazione e ho ricevuto risposta nei tempi specificati dall’ente. Non ho avuto difficoltà perché la formazione (tourism management) e il livello linguistico (c1 inglese b2 francese) sono stati apprezzati.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.

STAR method, typical questions. Enjoyable- 1 with HR, 1 with future manager. Enjoyable, prep and know about the company, focus on your experiences and examples that prove you are open to learning and suit the specific role.
