The phone interview well fairly well. It resulted in an one on one interview. The questions presented to me were unorganized, probably not from an established set of inquiries, and my answers were not documented. I recieved no feedback from the process whatsoever, though I did send an after interview email.

I dont recall exactly, but the questions were hypothetical and could have been answered correctly in a number of ways. Again, there was no feedback given.
Pertaining to the experience noted in my resume. I had the distinct impression in watching the interviewer that he was reading through my resume for the first time.

STAR model just like they said in the text they sent. Just have scenarios ready. Very customer service, hospitality oriented security role. Pretty straightforward interview. Then 2 more interviews with higher ups.
