Interview
It is the Star interview method for all situations.
First step is recruiter call, followed by a Phone interview, and a follow up with a video call with the direct managers with the star questions.

Tell me about a time you had to turn around a slow sales month to meet your revenue goals. What was the situation, what steps did you take, and what was the outcome?
After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.

Star interview process with 2 managers. Takes about an hour. One screening interview with a recruiter before the formal interview days before. Was offered the position one business day after the formal interview.

fairly easy, just a Long process with many interviews with lots of different departments and people.
You also have to pass the Marriott assessment test in order to even qualify for a job
