Person to person, basic questions. Met with director of quality and owner. Both personable. The interview went very well. I've done the job at a multi-billion dollar company. The personnel I met were long term employees. They were very efficient at their jobs and pleasant. The staff was very lean. Post interview I got no call or response. Unprofessional follow-up.
