The interview process was straight forward with a screening call with a MD followed by technical round with another MD. Then I went for an in person interview to speak with 4 people (30 mins each). The in person interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. I was then invited for a case study interview which was short - about 15 mins of review followed by 15 mins discussion.
A week later I got a call from HR informing me that people were out on vacation and the decision would take another week, at this point I was also informed that the salary was below what I was asking for. I never heard from them again. I am okay with not getting the job offer because I wasn't the best candidate, but traveling into NYC in an pandemic for them to not even have the courtesy to let me know that I didn't get the job is unprofessional.
