All described within the document, I never got past HR check though. I did get through OA where you had to write in lesser-known langs like Elixir, so they encouraged llm use.

Can you tell me how you would motivate your teammates?
It was a telephone interview. Was asked about recent trends in tech to demonstrate that you are up-to-date with the industry. Also asked about situational-based questions and these questions did not have an absolute and correct answer.
