I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Miami, FL)
Interview
I applied online two days later got a call to go in for a group interview. The group originally should be 4 people ended up to have only 2 showed up. The interview was fun and had an individual interview afterwards. I was told to call back in two wks to get the status of the application. When I called back the interviewer told me that they didn't have the budget to hire so for me to ck back in a few more wks later. Not sure if they found someone already and having me as a backup hire or really don't have the budget to hire....
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marshalls (Lincoln, RI) in Dec 2019
Interview
Quick 10 min interview describing myself and my previous experience. Very little info given about position before being hired on the spot. Easiest interview process Ive ever experienced, by far.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marshalls (Moscow, ID) in Sept 2019
Interview
Impromptu when I went in to make sure my online application was received properly.
Really liked the assistant acting manager I initially interviewed with and once hired very much appreciated all his work and help to all.
The visiting acting manager I follow up interviewed with did not make me aware that I was no longer being considered for the initial position I applied for with the store (and had worked at in the past for a different corporation). As well as the shift hours... Asked me if I was ok with 9; I thought we were discussing hours and they meant $9 wage hourly. I would have declined likely as I was told much higher in 1st interview as well as thought I was still being considered for a COD position... Not a cashier. Which I said in both interviews explicitly that I would only do in emergency rushes due to arthritis and chronic migraines. Once hired and sent paperwork it was paperwork accepting the coordinator position as well and not what they had me in the system as and then semi trained for the first day in orientation. Training was next to non-existent as well which I stressed in interviews. It was a disaster.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls (London, ON) in Jan 2019
