She asked me very basic questions about customer service, tell me about yourself, what a team player is, etc. The interviewer was kind and understanding, very casual interview, easy to talk to

Easy, just lots of questions about background & a detailed description of the job being applied for. Good experience, very straight forward & good dialogue.Could tell right away that I was stepping into an incompetent world if I took the job, but needed a job at the time, so I went with it.
