Marshalltown Company interview questions

I had a one on one interview with the engineering manager. Then had a panel interview with the engineering team. Both went well, but ultimately they offered me a sales engineer job instead which I was not interested in as it involved answering phones and after sales support.

Straightforward process that does not apply pressure on the person interviewing. They are very welcoming and want to learn more about you and how your interest align with the job.
