Phone interview asked me about myself and my job experience. Then live interview; simple, met with 3 supervisors. They tried to get to know me and my past work experences.
Phone call with HR followed by an in-person interview with two members of management. The process moved fairly quickly overall, and everyone I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and pleasant.

Spoke with 3 employees who were great and informative about the position. Helpful when I had questions and made me feel comfortable. They were very honest on how the day to day would look and made sure I knew that I would be trained properly if given the opportunity for the position.
