Martin & Co interview questions

Applied online and got a reply within a few days. I then goninvited for an in person interview with the owner of the company and the area manager. I was offered a position a couple of days later.

Very laid back, however I could tell immediately the franchise manager was trying to test me with his questions. A good experience and a great man to work for. Having already set up 3 other offices I felt he had the experience needed to influence my career going forwards. I would come home every evening feeling tired but full of job satisfaction.
