I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marwell Wildlife in May 2025
Interview
Reception difficult to find- in the heart of the park. Allow plenty of time to get there.
Interview process felt very clinical for the role. Like the kind of generic questions you'd find online. That said, I got on well with them when we broke out of the Q&A part.
No feedback after the interview, just a declined email.
I had a great walk around the park afterwards though.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marwell Wildlife in June 2018
Interview
I applied to work in the retail department selling tickets at the entrance and items in the gift shop. It took two weeks to get an interview after applying. The interview was with two people in the department in the back of the gift shop. The interview questions were fairly basic and centred around customer service. They said they would tell me the outcome the following week but it was actually two until I got an email saying I wasn't successful. Overall ok experience. I went to see the animals by myself after the interview so it was worth going to.
