Interview
Applied via Indeed. Had a 40-minute Phone screening, two in-person interviews of 90 minutes each, and then a 2-hour online personality assessment. Seemed like they didn't want to reveal much about the environment and culture role or what would satisfy them.

Interview
I was called for a screening interview with no prior warning in the middle of the workday. At first I thought the caller was trying to schedule a formal phone interview. I was wrong, the person started rambling off questions followed by long pauses as they hand wrote the answers. I quickly ended the call and emailed them to remove myself as an applicant. It was a bad first impression. If that’s how you connect with people you want to attract, how would you treat those who work for you?
Virtual interview. Two co-interviewers conducted interview. Approximately 20-25 minutes long. Direct questions asked. Mostly typical interviewing questions such as how you heard about the organization, former experience in area, and work ethic. Somewhat intimidating feeling with two interviewers. Allowed time for interviewee to ask questions.
