I was first contacted via phone, where I was told about what the job entitled. We scheduled a in-person interview. As I showed up, I had to fill out an application, which consisted of job history, references, etc. Once I was done with the application, I got interviewed by two ladies. It was a lengthy interview. (Over 30 mins). Questions consisted of my experience, a few case scenarios, my strengths and weaknesses and what my goals and hobbies are. I felt the interview was going pretty well. I was able to talk about many things due to my extensive experience in the field. However, as soon as I mentioned that I will be attending grad school, one of the interviewers kept questioning my ability to juggle both. She did not seem very fond of having a student working full time. They mentioned they want someone to commit for at least two years and it’s a fixed schedule. Also, they want you to be on-call 24/7 (something they failed to mention before the interview).
