Pretty straight forward, you go in and meet with several personnel in the department you applied for and express why you would make a good candidate. Be honest, professional and engage in their conversations regarding job description and you’ll be okay. Make sure you have the experience under your belt or related experience and a willingness to work hard, long hours.
